Anthophyllite, Talc, Tremolite - Talcville, NY

UV Studio

A number of these pieces from an old 60s collection hit the market over the last year. This is one of the more interesting examples. It is very bright under all wavelengths. The Anthophyllite glows red, the Talc blue/white, and the Tremolite orange. I am not sure about the green which is only visible under SW. The specimen is 5" x 3" x 1.75" and weights 13.2 oz. Photographed with a 60mm macro lens at F32 ISO 100. The photo sequence for both sides is LW, MW, SW, Natural.
