Calcite & dolomite; Långban mine, Filipstad, Värmland County, Sweden

Shown here is a nice little specimen of very brightly fluorescing calcite, with dolomite, from the Långban mine. This material is so bright under shortwave, that I had to take a few shots before getting one that is not overexposed; I had to hold my SW lamp about twice as far as usual from the specimen when photographing it. This material would overwhelm the fluorescence of material from many locales in a mixed display; I personnally wouldn't mix it with anything except bright material from New-Jersey or other similarly reactive material.
