Chalcedony - Burro Creek Agate Occurrence, Arizona

This material is variously called chalcedony, agate, or pastellite jasper. It comes from an area south of Burro Creek. Pale blue in white light, under SW it fluoresces green and white, while under LW it fluoresces a combination of greenish, blue, and cream. The white/cream fluorescing mineral is undetermined.

SW lit by a 240w SW transilluminator. LW lit by a pair of 365nm flashlights. Specimen is 160 x 120 x 50mm.
