Snakeskin agate is known for the peculiar scaly appearance of the outside of the rocks. Unfortunately this one is a pretty poor example of the scales, so no daylight image of them, just the face. Instead, we have a really nice, bright green fluorescent face that glows across all waves. The green is most likely from entrapped uranyl ions within the material. About two inches and shown in SW (all wavelengths have similar responses).
