Cadmium Smithsonite and Quartz, County Clare, Ireland

FireViper

The Emerald Isle seems to be woefully under-represented when it comes to fluorescent minerals. However, here's a nice little piece from the Sheshodonnel East Mine, Carren, The Burren, County Clare, Ireland. No green, but a nice yellow fluorescence in longwave and some bright blue/white in short and mid waves. About an inch and a half long by an inch tall. Shown in LW, SW, MW and natural.
