Spodumene from the Haapaluoma Mine, Finland

The fluorescent mineral is spodumene but the piece has all kinds of other minerals - quite pretty under white light. I find the MW fluorescence very unusual. SW and LW are pretty much the same (brighter under LW) but MW shifts to blue, and more of it. Strange... iso100, f14, 8 secs
