Root Beer Calcite - Clashgorm Mine, Scotland

From the Clashgorm Mine, Strontian, Argyllshire. Scotland. It was collected in 1998. I was fascinated by the concentric triangles shown best in the MW photo close-up. There are several sets of them. Root beer calcite crystals on white calcite. 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 x 1 inches. 2 ounces. ISO-100 f/11 1 second exposure on UV pictures. 90 watts for each UV from about a foot.
